Stûv America is the North American subsidiary of Stûv SA, a Belgian company renowned for designing and manufacturing premium stoves and fireplaces. Founded in 1983, Stûv SA employs more than 120 people and manufactures over 15,000 units annually, which are distributed around the world. Main tasks 

• Weld products using MIG welding techniques on thin sheet metal—less than 11 gauge—in accordance with production work orders;
• Grind and finish welds to ensure impeccable quality;
• Participate in various production activities, including welding, grinding, assembly, painting, and packaging;
• Follow production guidelines to ensure deadlines and company quality standards are met;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production procedures, strategies, and policies.

Requirements 

• DEP in welding or an equivalent qualification;
• No minimum experience required;
• Meticulous and organized, with the ability to perform work requiring a very high level of precision;
• Resourceful, self-reliant, and quick to learn;
• Detail-oriented and rigorous in carrying out assigned tasks.

What Stûv America Offers

• A starting wage of $24.08 per hour or more, based on the candidate’s experience;
• A 4.5-day workweek: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.;
• A special summer schedule in July: four Fridays off, with four paid hours provided by the company each week;
