Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Account Manager (Inside Sales) ensures the development and maintenance of business with partners (resellers, distributors) in order to optimize their performance and ensure their sense of belonging to the Stûv brand. Through all of theiractivities, they contribute to achieving the company’s sales objectives.
This role is located at the Stûv America head office in Bromont, requiring 8 to 10 field trips per year.
Under the responsability of the Sales and Customer Service Manager, the Technical Support Agent provides support to partners (resellers, distributors, direct customers) for the technical and installation aspects of all products. Through their problem-solving skills, they help maintain an exceptional level of customer service.
Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Engineering Technician will play an important role in supporting product design and production. By performing their tasks precisely, they contribute to the production of high-end devices whose quality standards are the company’s reputation. Through their experience, they contribute to the achievement of operational and promotional objectives.
