Under the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Director, the sales and customer service manager’s mission is to plan, direct and structure all of the department’s activities and to see to the development of sales and excellence of customer service.
The incumbent is primarily responsible for establishing, based on the company’s strategic objectives, the operational plan for the sales and customer service department and ensuring its achievement. They actively guide and supervise the teams in addition to seeing to the maintenance of the relationship with the various partners who make up the sales network throughout the territories of Canada and the United States. Through their strategic vision, they contribute to achieving the set objectives.
Under the responsibility of the president, the industrial design manager is responsible for planning, structuring and directing all activities and the department’s team. They will assume an important role in the development of tailor-made products and concepts. Through their expertise, they contribute to achieving the set objectives.
